Northern Indiana Football Club (NIFC) Academy is the region’s premier youth soccer development platform, created through the unification of Michiana Echo Premier and Junior Irish Soccer Club and formally aligned with Northern Indiana FC.

Launching with the 2026–2027 season, NIFC Academy establishes a clear, competitive pathway for players in Northern Indiana—connecting grassroots youth development directly to the professional level through Northern Indiana FC’s USL program.

Built on decades of combined experience, Echo Premier and Junior Irish have each developed strong, respected programs with a shared commitment to player growth, community, and character. By coming together under one academy, NIFC Academy raises the standard of youth soccer in the region—offering high-level training, intentional development, and meaningful opportunities close to home.

Our mission extends beyond wins and trophies. NIFC Academy is dedicated to developing complete players and confident young people—teaching accountability, leadership, teamwork, and resilience both on and off the field. Players are challenged in a professional, supportive environment designed to prepare them for the next level of competition, education, and life.
